Alice Kim Joins Gwinnett Place CID Board

Duluth, October 7, 2025 — Gwinnett County commissioners have appointed Alice Kim, financial director of Nam Dae Mun Farmers Market, to the Gwinnett Place Community Improvement District Board of Directors.

Kim replaces June Lee, a longtime board member who resigned last month from the county-appointed position.

As a board member, Kim will represent business interests as the CID accelerates infrastructure improvements, security enhancements and economic development in the Gwinnett Place area.

Kim brings more than 20 years of financial leadership at Nam Dae Mun, where she has guided the company's expansion to eight Georgia locations. She oversees financial strategy, procurement, supply chain management and human resources, combining expertise in finance and operations.

“We are thrilled to welcome Alice to the Gwinnett Place CID board and look forward to the strategic vision and financial acumen she will bring,” said Trey Ragsdale, board chair.

Kim earned a bachelor's degree in architectural studies from the University of Illinois at Chicago and completed additional coursework at Georgia State University. A Gwinnett County resident, she has deep ties to the community.

“I'm honored to serve on the Gwinnett Place CID board and excited to work alongside fellow leaders to drive redevelopment, foster economic growth and enhance quality of life for residents and business owners,” Kim said.

The Gwinnett Place CID works to revitalize the commercial corridor through infrastructure investments and economic development initiatives.RetryClaude can make mistakes. Please double-check responses.
