Duluth, July 8, 2019 — Excitement continues to build on the GAT 25 Awards Gala celebrating the 25 Most Influential Asian Americans in Georgia on Thursday evening at Sonesta Gwinnett Place.
“A record crowd and the event is expected to sellout by tomorrow,” according to Adrian West, Project Manager at Georgia Asian Times.
Dignitaries including the Consul Generals of Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines along with leading business and community leaders are scheduled to participate.
Sunny K. Park, CEO of General Building Maintenance, a successful entrepreneur is the invited keynote speaker for the evening.
The honorees are celebrated for their accomplishments and achievements in their respective professional career.
The honorees are selected by a panel of selection committee comprised of editors, Asian journalists, and community representatives. Over 200 public online submissions have been received for this year's nominations.
The official list were announced in May 2019 in conjunction with the Asian Pacific American Month.
