New Asian American community bank – Loyal Trust Bank opens for business in Johns Creek

Johns Creek, Jan 10, 2020 — Loyal Trust Bank, a new community bank had its official ribbon cutting at its new headquarter building at 11675 Medlocak Bridge Road. The bank was founded by a group of American, Chinese and Korean executives as Board of Directors.

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation granted a FDIC Certificate of Insurance on Nov 15 last year. The certificate was issued after State of Georgia’s Department of Banking and Finance had raised the minimum $20 million requirement to conduct business as a state chartered bank.

Chairwoman of the new bank, Rose Jarboe of WePartner Management, had raised the $25 million capital in less than 60 days.

“This is a multi-cultural community and we are a bank that focuses on the Asian-American community and businesses and if you look at the the demographics of Johns Creek, it makes the city the ideal, perfect location for us.” said Charlie Brown, CEO of the new bank.

Mayor Mike Bodker of Johns Creek along with several council members and Loyal Trust Bank’s Board of Directors officially cut the ribbon in the grand opening ceremony.

The bank will be open for business on Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m.to 4:30 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m.to 5 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
