Korean entrepreneurs from around the world meets in Gwinnett

Duluth, August 1, 2019 – The World Overseas Korean Trade Association (OKTA) North America NextGen Academy is hosting an annual conference where over 100 young Korean-American entrepreneurs gathered to meet over a three-days to learn about international trade, entrepreneurship, and global networking.

Conference delegates included college students, graduate students, small business owners, and professionals in both the private and public sectors between the age of 20 to 39 years old.

This year, 11 chapters throughout the East and Southeast regions will meet in Atlanta including NY, NJ, Boston, Washington DC etc with 100 Korean American participants. Even more importantly, it’s happening right here in our neighborhood, Duluth, GA, Gwinnett County.

In addition, the 3-day conference featured outstanding guest speakers who will deliver
their wisdoms to young Korean American generation including Steve Stirling, CEO of MAP International, Jennifer Cho, EVP/GM Southwest – Weber Shandwick, professor from Georgia Tech, and several honorary speakers.
