Atlanta, April 5, 2017 — The court hearing for the suspect accused of shooting Vietnamese American lawyer has been postponed. Raylon Browning was involved with a fight with another jail inmate on Tuesday evening.
Based on a report, Browning attacked another inmate by punching the other jail inmate several times in the face. There was no apparent reason for the attack, according to Detention officers, who had to use Taser gun to subdued him.
Browning was also found biting his own left arm and spits out blood from his mouth. He received another criminal charge for his attack on another inmate.
Browning was admitted to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment. He is scheduled to appear before the Fulton County Court on Thursday.
